I've been right where you are now.

I used to panic about my pricing, google search competitors for hours, and try to figure out what on earth I should charge.

I would get in a cold sweat asking for a raise, or trying to negotiate on pitches and contracts. I've been over looked for promotions, lost out on benefit extras as I didn't negotiate well, and under charged my way to ill health and mental burnout.

Jump forwards to now and I am a Pricing Queen!

I earn 400 times more than I did when I started out. I am one of the highest earners in my field and I am unapologetically proud of the fact that as a woman I now earn more than many of my male past colleagues.

So how did I do it?

I learnt how to negotiate, do deals, price properly (yep without missing out on all those extra hours I put in) align my messaging so that I attracted the right clients and customers. And the best part? I now get to work with people that I adore.
